Aerodance Corporate EventsLooking for a team building event with a difference that will be remembered by everyone that takes part?

Aerodance will take the members of your team out of their comfort zone in a way that is great fun and immensely rewarding.

This is the structure that we used for a hugely successful event we ran with AMEX in June 2007 for their team of European marketing executives.

Everyone was divided up into teams of about 10 and each team was allocated to an Aerodance teacher. Over the course of two hours each teacher taught their particular team a dance routine. After a meal each group ‘went live’ (accompanied by their teacher) in front of their colleagues. Their performance was scored by the panel of judges consisting of the remaining teachers.

The event was an immense success. Brendan Walsh, Senior Vice President, was amongst those who shimmied and strutted and gave it everything in an effort to help his group win. He reputedly delayed his taxi by a couple of hours to ensure he could be there The video footage from the event is a reminder of the fun that was had and the high standards that were be achieved by the groups.

Like many successful ideas our concept is simple and our quality of delivery is exceptional. The reason? Quite simply the professionalism of our teachers is second to none. Three key characteristics we look for in our teachers are a great sense of fun, the ability to integrate varying abilities and the ability to motivate others.

Our teachers need to be exceptional because in every regular Aerodance class that they take there will be a broad range of abilities from the near novice to the very strong. That mix of ability is likely to be reflected in your team and only by working with teachers with the necessary skills and experience will your event achieve its full potential.
