Welcome to Aerodance - The Fun Way To Fitness
Aerodance is about FUN and DANCE. It’s what we do best. As the name suggests Aerodance mixes dance and fitness in a variety of ways that you’ll find enjoyable and inspiring.
To do this we provide you with fantastic teachers, spend hours searching for music with the right beat and then choreograph dance routines that will make you want to move and tap your feet.
In an Aerodance class the teachers are there for you, not for themselves - to inspire you, to encourage you, to make you smile as you dance! We want our teachers to make you feel special so we keep our class sizes small. That way we aim to ensure you feel part of the class and get individual attention. If you want to remain anonymous then attend an aerobics class at your local gym. At Aerodance we get to know your story.
